My name is Valerio and I been training for about 20 years. I started off very small 107 lbs to be exact I was 15 years old. People always told me to quit and give up. Slowly from reading magazine and having good friends they helped me put more size on and eventually I started to get bigger not by much but some weight started coming. I competed back in 1993 and from there I got the iron bug bite. I slowly worked my way up to the top to become a National Level competitive bodybuilder in Canada and in these years I became great friends with many IFBB pro's. Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Dexter Jackson to name a few. People asked me with the connections that I have why don't I bring some of these guys up here for seminars and guest poses. I thought about it for a little while and gave it a shot. So I became a promoter to bring up some of the best bodybuilders on the planet for everyone to see and have a great time here in Toronto. I have been friends with Ronnie for years and have some amazing memories with this man that will last forever. I hope to see some old faces and some new faces at the event that i'm putting together for all of you too see. I look forward to all of you to enjoy a great night here with Ronnie Coleman getting pictures and autographs that you can keep forever.
